Welcome to my dining and food page where I hope you will take time to look at some of the special dishes that I have prepared for my guests.
After more than twenty years experience as a chef in excellent French restaurants, I'm always searching for better produce to use when preparing my menus.
Today, the majority of my food comes from my own garden where I grow my vegetables and fruit. My chickens give me fresh eggs for use in my dishes and pastries. For the rest, I use local produce wherever possible.
I prefer to use whatever is in season and use only the freshest of ingredients, so my cooking and menus reflect the seasons. As such, I do not offer a selection menu, as I prefer to prepare the dishes according to what is available and ready for harvesting in my vegetable garden and locally and use these ingredients as my inspiration for the dinner courses.
The evening dinner consists of an appetizer, an amuse bouche, a starter, a main course, cheese, dessert and also includes our choice of wine that we believe best accompanies the food I have prepared.
I would be delighted to welcome you to my Chambre dhotes and prepare dinner for you, if you wish to dine at Le Moulin, please give me at least 24 hours notice as I need to gather the ingredients and prepare these for you.
